The museum has  several videos and DVD's that have been prepared to highlight some of the special aspects of Door County's history.

The DVD's can be purchased or viewed in the museum's cozy theater.

1.  Seasons of Life:
The making of the wildlife diorama was an eight year and counting process.  It contains over 100 species of birds and animals with information sheets on each.  Mike Orthober, local award winning taxidermist did it all, from concept to finished product.

2The history of the Door County Fish Boil  and a filming of the process.

3.  Cherryland USA:  There was a time, not so long ago, when Door County, Wisconsin produced more delicious tart, red cherries than anywhere else in the entire world.  From the first plantings in the 1860's through the glory years of the mid-twentieth century, Door County was known far and wide for this luscious, healthy fruit.

4.  A Rich Life:  Once there were 1,300 dairy farms in Door County; today there are less than 150.  Once there were 49 cheese factories; today there is one.  This tells the story of a life's labor that has virtually disappeared.

5 History of the Belgian Community in Southern Door County: Door County's Belgian Community has been the largest rural settlement of Belgian peoples in this country, and remains prominently Belgian today.
